The students were treated to a wonderful array of opportunities, which included:

• Movement Assessment – battery of 5 bodyweight movement exercises, what makes good movement? How do we coach good movement?
• Tissue Capacity Assessment and rehab techniques – soft tissue repetition capacity, hands-on use of compex electrical muscle stimulation, blood flow restriction.
• Speed and Change of Direction Tests – 10m sprint and 5-0-5 test using speed gates.
• Power Tests – Jump Mat: counter-movement jump, squat jump, reactive strength index, Watt Bike: 6 second peak power test and 30 second fatigue test.
• Endurance Assessment – demonstration of VO2 max test.
• Recovery – hands on use of Normatec recovery pumps and GameReady cryotherapy.
• Rehab – demonstration of anti-gravity treadmill and altitude training system.
