Yoga with Yana every Tuesday and Wednesday:

Tuesdays: 9am – 10am
Tone & Stretch: works the whole body with an emphasis in areas such as the arms, chest, hips, and core.

Wednesdays: 6pm – 7pm
Slow Flow Yoga: Learn to slow down with this class. Helps you find control and poise in every posture.

The course is 9 hole, mainly par 3 which is good for those new to the game or anyone more experienced looking for a challenging short course to practice on.

Membership of the club is just £150 per year or you can play on an occasional basis for £12 per round. Anyone playing golf must sign in at the Sports Centre reception before playing.

With a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, The Oratory Sports Centre offers an affordable membership only gym ideally located on the school site in Woodcote. Without the intimidation of larger gyms, The Oratory Sports Centre believes this is the perfect location for people of all abilities and experience. 

The gym has relocated to a new position in The Oratory Sports Centre, with much more room to support social distancing as well as double doors to aid ventilation. The gym boasts beautiful views of our grass tennis courts.

Gym membership will continue as normal, however we are also offering a PAYG system at £8 a session. An introduction of GYM cards is now available: buy 10 gym slots at a time for £60. Please ask for more information.

Gym sessions are available in 1 hour slots, with a maximum of 10 places available per slot.

Please wipe the equipment before and after use. You can turn up if you haven’t booked, but you do risk the chance of that session being full and being turned away.

Please make use of sanitising stations made available in different parts of the sports centre.

The Oratory Sports Centre boasts 6 stunning lawn tennis courts, available to hire during the summer holidays. The grounds staff do a superb job of keeping the courts in pristine condition; thus, they are now closed until Summer 2023.

The Oratory Sports Centre is home to one of just 26 courts in the country and is the original racquet sport from which the modern game of lawn tennis, or tennis, is descended.

The Oratory are delighted to have Rob Fahey (the current Men’s Real Tennis World Champion) as their new head professional.  Whilst his wife, Claire Fahey (current Ladies Real Tennis World Champion) joins the Oratory School as Head of Racquet sports.

Real Tennis is played in an asymmetrical court which contains many unusual features, sloping roofs, openings (galleries) in the walls and a main wall which has a kink in it (tambour).The game is played with racquets made of wood and hand-made balls and uses a scoring system similar to that of “lawn tennis” with the addition of a “chase”.
